Stage 2 is the ultimate service to protect your undercarriage against our wet Canadian climate.  It is the same as our Stage 1 service, but with the addition of removing surface rust with wire brushes, applying an industrial rust convertor chemical and coating the entire undercarraige with a specially designed rust encapsulator paint, all prior to the oil application. It is then finished with Black Wax as the final step for that factory look.
The chassis would be sealed in by the encapsulator paint, the oil coating repels all water and salt, while the final stage of wax secures and protects the oil layer. There is no better way to protect your undercarriage than this. 
It requires 24 hours of labour and is made up of 7 main stages;
1 - Major chassis cleaning of both the interior & exterior rail cavities. Surface rust would be removed using motorized wire brushes.   
2 - Heaters applied over night to dry out water 
3 - Masking of the body, brakes, exhaust, sensors and driveline
4 - Application of Eastwood's Industrial Rust Convertor to undercarriage
5 - Application of Eastwood's Rust Encapsulator Platinum paint. This is the very best chassis paint designed to neutralize rust. Imported from the USA. It is silver in colour, which later helps identify any scrapped off sections of the black wax.
6 - Apply Penetrating Dinitrol ML oil to chassis, inside rails and cavities. 
7 - Apply Dinitrol 4941 Hardening Black wax sealant, followed by dry storage cure.
 
This is truly the ultimate method of protection. Stage 2 is required for an undercarriage where rust is already present.  
 
The service immediately pays for itself in value retention as rust issues are the number one cause of value loss.  The paint is permanant, and the coating lasts for many years, and for the life of the vehicle in many sections.
