After more than 100 Defender imports and over a decade of experience, our imports & builds reimagine the classic Land Rover Defender—rebuilt to modern standards of reliability, safety, and design, while preserving its unmistakable nostalgic appeal. Our primary focus is the 2007–2011 Defender 110 or 90 of the 2.4L Puma era. Each build begins with a carefully selected Defender sourced in the best original condition possible. We avoid neglected vehicles that require structural repairs or corrosion restoration, importing only top-tier originals as the foundation.
Upon arrival in Canada, every import is inspected and mechanically overhauled by Defender specialists Rovalution Automotive in North Vancouver. The Defender then returns to our Squamish facility, where the build begins—tailored package by package to your exact vision.
Prefer to keep it original? Our Defenders start as a Classic Spec, delivered in near-stock form with a full inspection and preventative servicing for $110,000 CAD. From there, choose select add-on packages below—or choose the fully equipped Signature Build at $215,000 CAD, which includes every package at our best-value bundled pricing.

Your Starting Point
Classic Spec Build — from $110,000 CAD
A perfectly preserved, near-stock Defender in exceptional original condition—retaining its original engine, original interior, and original paint—delivered with our full mechanical restoration and preventative servicing. Below is an example of a bare bones Classic Spec Defender:

Choose your Colour — Original colours we commonly source are:
Keswick Green, Stornoway Grey, Arctic White, and Java Black. Colour is by request. Once you select your preferred colour, we’ll source the best-matched dry-climate, rust-free, original-paint example available in Europe and import it specifically for your build.​
BUILD YOUR DEFENDER
Start with the Classic Build ($110,000 CAD), then select the packages below to match your style and intended use. Choose any combination—or go all-in with every Signature package to reach full Signature Build specification. All prices are installed (parts + labour):

NEW ENGINE PACKAGE - $25,000

Starting with a zero-kilometre engine is the most concrete gaurantee for long-term reliability and lifespan. In the new engine package we will install a brand-new factory engine—a UK-supplied 2.4L Turbo Diesel Puma, not rebuilt, starting at zero kilometres. This includes new accessories such as the turbo, starter, water pump, vacuum pump, belt and pulleys, sensors, and engine mounts. Note, if you choose to instead to keep the original engine in place, it will be carefully evaluated by our specialists, then fully serviced and road-tested to confirm strong, dependable performance before the vehicle is delivered.
AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION PACKAGE - $20,000

All Puma Defenders are factory-equipped with a 6-speed manual. For a more effortless, daily-friendly driving experience, we offer a manual-to-automatic conversion using a brand new Land Rover 4-speed automatic transmission.
The conversion includes a matched leather or plastic centre console, trimmed to suit your selected interior.
The interior receives a full luxury transformation, blending handcrafted leather materials with modern comfort.
The front seats and second-row bench are replaced with custom leather seating. For the 3rd row, choose either matching third-row seats or an open configuration for more cargo space.
Choose from four front seat designs: Recaro Classic, Corbeau Sport, Heritage, or Premium Mono. All front seats are heated of course, with a matching luxury centre console found between. Black leather with black stitching is most popular, though alternate colours and finishes are available—brown or tan leather, with details in diamond stitching, fluted, or perforated.
Black carpet is fitted throughout, with 4 key dash panels wrapped in matching leather. Shifters are upgraded to billet aluminum, leather-wrapped units with matching gaiters. The door and roof handles are replaced with billet aluminum leather-wrapped grab handles. Lower door sills are finished with brushed stainless sills. Choose either a factory steering wheel or a real wood wheel.
Electric windows, keyless central locking, and air conditioning come standard in our builds.

Ride quality is one of the biggest differences between a stock Defender and a Signature Build. Our suspension package is engineered for comfort, control, and long-term corrosion resistance—transforming how the vehicle drives in the city, on the highway, and through corners, not just off-road.

FOX Performance 2.0 shocks on all four corners, with rear piggyback reservoirs for improved heat management

FOX steering stabilizer to reduce kickback and keep your steering wheel feeling calm and precise.

German Eibach progressive-rate coil springs to smooth the harsh factory ride. We typically fit a 1.5” lowered stance for a more modern posture, improved cornering, and better clearance for garage height restrictions. Standard-height springs are available on request.

Galvanized heavy-duty suspension mount kit, stainless plates and hardware for corrosion resistance and longevity.

Complete undercarriage bushing replacement using PolyBush Dynamic polyurethane bushings with custom stainless sleeves. Most hardware and flanges are upgraded to A4 marine-grade stainless steel.

Heavy-duty solid stainless steel track rod and drag link, paired with upgraded ball joints for strength and service life.

The result is braking that feels modern and composed—significantly stronger than stock, better suited to wet coastal climates, and visually striking behind billet wheels.
Our very own 18x9 forged billet wheels in satin black, exclusively made for Pacific Off-Road. When we couldn’t find a billet wheel worthy of a Defender at this level, we engineered our own—We have two design options to choose from, SPUR or STAR.
Machined from a solid block of aluminum and then forged under heat and pressure, these wheels deliver exceptional strength and precision, with superior resistance to cracking and corrosion in wet Canadian climates. They’re secured with one-piece CNC heavy-duty black lug nuts for a clean, purposeful finish.

A noticeably quicker, more effortless Defender—engineered to deliver safe, reliable performance. Expect 40% more horsepower and 30% more torque over stock
(122 bhp / 330 Nm → 175 bhp / 420 Nm).

High-Flow Stainless Exhaust built in the UK for Pacific Off-Road.
TIG-welded 2.5” 304 stainless with a refined 3” tip. The two restrictive factory silencers are replaced with a single high-flow muffler, along with a high-flow stainless down pipe—improving flow, reducing back pressure, and lowering EGTs for long-term engine health. Deeper tone, still civil. -
Larger Intercooler & Silicone Hose Upgrade.
German-made, CNC-machined aluminum intercooler, powder-coated black, with ~50% more frontal area and ~2× core volume vs stock—delivering cooler intake temps and reduced heat soak. The prone to failure rubber hoses are replaced with superior Silicone -
Performance ECU Remap.
With improved exhaust flow and air cooling in place, the ECU can now be professionally calibrated to safely achieve 175 bhp / 420 Nm with stable operating temperatures. -
Heavy-Duty Clutch.
HD clutch system with high friction components and uprated bearings, plus a stronger one-piece MT82 output shaft—delivering smoother engagement, reduced chatter, and significantly improved lifespan with the newly added torque.

Contact us with your preferred colour and ideal configuration—whether that’s a Defender 90, 110, Crew Cab, or 130—and we’ll source the right vehicle and include it in our next shipment. We import only pristine, original examples, in limited quantities (approximately 12 imports per year).
From there, we can build it to your vision. A fully equipped Signature Build is the ultimate way to experience a Defender, but if you’re a purist, we’re equally happy to deliver one in its classic, stock form.
